The first one was "the formal union of a man and a woman, typically recognized by law, by which they become husband and wife." The second definition was "A similar long-term relationship between partners of the same sex." As Mike stated, how far do we let this assault on marriage go on before we can't really define anything any more. As far as this thing will eventually go on, we will never be able to make a politically correct statement because without a definition, nothing is correct. A marriage is made covenant when a man and his wife make love on the night of their wedding, but how is that process made possible (naturally) when two persons of the same sex are "married." I understand that homosexuals are just as human as I am, but just as I was not born male or in some other family, there are some sacrifices that I must make. Life is not about having what we want all the time. But apparently, that's what our country wants us to believe. I just looked up the definition of marriage.
